Stacy Smoot is a graduate of the School of Communications at the University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and the Silver Spurs. Upon graduation, she worked as a general assignments reporter in Northwest Arkansas. Shortly after she moved to Killeen, Texas and covered the military deployment to the Middle East for KCEN-TV. At 23, she became a reporter/producer for the Dallas Cowboys and worked in marketing during the Jimmy Johnson era. Her graduate degree is in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, where she also worked as a public relations specialist.

Kaye Eichler is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.  Upon graduation, Kaye started her career in the insurance industry working as a medical claims examiner and then as a property adjuster for USAA in San Antonio.  In 1995 she and her husband started an orthopedic implant distributorship in Austin Texas. Her experience includes finance, accounting, human resources, travel and event planning.
